The independent judging panel for this year’s award included Dr. Gary Gorman, Dean of the Faculty of Business, Memorial University of Newfoundland, Ms. Heather Modlin, Executive Director of St. Francis Foundation and recipient of the 2004 Employer of Distinction Award, and Mr. Vince Withers, Retired Businessman and Founding Chair of the Newfoundland & Labrador Employers’ Council.
